How to record the desktop? 1

I would like to record a presentation that I do online - i.e. to demo my site and explain what it does.

Is there an app that can allow me to record the desktop and audio as well?

Would there be a free version? $$$ is in low supply at the moment.

I use camtasia studio too. (same as lebisol) its pretty good. The editor makes it easy to correct your mistakes. It can output in avi and flash.
