How to record calls with Media Encryption

Hi, does anyone knows how to set codec-sets or network regions to record calls from Phones with media encryption?
I have an avaya cm 3.1 and contactstore 7_3_30.

I set region 6 with codec-set 6 to be used by witness stations. If I set an IP-phone into that region its calls are recorded and I can listen them through the web page. If i set an IP-phone into region 2 ) it uses aea and aes as media encryption. the call record is shown by the web page but the call audio is empty. An alarm is shown, it says: No audio packets received on call from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.
