I NEED TO UPDATE THE MESSAGE OPTIONS ON THE AUTO ATTENDANT BUT I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET IN THERE TO DO IT. THE MESSAGE THAT IS IN THERE NOW WAS RECOREDED BY THE PERSON THAT ORIGINALLY SET UP THE SYSTEM AND IT NEEDS TO BE UPDATED.

You need to log into the voicemail system. On the intercom, press "777". Depending on the voicemail type, you log into mailbox 99 (VS), 9997 (Partner Mail, seperate box) or 0 if you have a new R1. The default password will be either 1234 or 123456 depending on the vm type / revision. After logging into the admin mailbox, press "9" to get into programming. Attendant greetings are option "3". After that just follow the prompts. Remember not to hang up until you hear "menu definitions saved", or something close to that.
