How to recieve calls queue from free lines on BCM50 & BCM450 Calls

I need help with some features of BCM50 & BCM450

I have installed BCM450 and BCM50 which have five agents license with five soft-phones with 15 Analog telephone lines connected to the BCM.
If all 5 agents are busy with calls, how to know or how to program the soft-phones or call center, that the agents can know the status of calls in queue on their soft-phone screen or receive the calls from other telephone lines that are open and not busy on same five agents.
 
Call Center, by design, only allows one call per agent by monitoring the hookswitch status of the agent telephone.
When all agents are busy, the call center calls will queue to await the next available agent. The calling party will hear announcements and music on hold during this wait time.

If the agents need to see real time queue statistics, I would suggest using ipView, a software wallboard that can be installed on each agents PC and configured to present the stats you deem required. This software is free to download directly from the BCM and is a component of Reporting for Contact Center.

Also on the login button it will flash if call are in que. In the set up you can tell it set times to blink faster for more call in que.
