How to receive HTML in Outlook 2000

I can see the options to change formats (plain text/RTF/HTML) for outgoing e-mails, but can't find where to change it for incoming mail. I have quite a few incoming messages which show the HTML formatting commands, but they won't display the message in that mode.

Any clues please?
