How to rebuilt exchange user account?

Hi, there:

My exchange5.5 server just messed up. I would like to reinstall exchange5.5 on NT4 box. How do I rebuilt the exchange user account after I load the exchange on NT4 box? I have 500 recipients on this box. Do I have to add them in manually? There got be better way to do it?
