the easyway is to read it directly from the borad after removing it from the LIM, you'll find the IPA number written on a PROM chip inside the Board hardware.
using IPUX type command:
>readeic i
and you will get the IPA
hi, thank you VMPOP for your kind help
-the system was upgraded from BC7 to BC10 , and seems the IPU lablel wasnt changed during the upgrade so there is no label on the IPU FW IC.(i need to check the spare IPU if its loaded with the correct IPA number)
-there is no command " readeic " in the IPUX mode , neither the enhanced IPUX mode.
-i can know the IPA number from the FW it self, i.e. in IPU FW R19 (IC number 2 ), the address 180&181&182 contains the eic information, my qusetion is how to retrieve this address values using IPUX md command , how to map add 180&&182 with the addresses used in the md command ?
