How to read Indesign 2.0 from 2.0.1 or 2.0.2 and problem blank pages

Hi friends,

I've a document created with English Indesign 2.0. May be beta version?

I get problems to print after the page 80. From the 80 page the printer always print blank pages. If I cut pages from 80 to end and put in other document, again I can print from 1 to 79 but not from 80 to end

And sometimes i can not print some special characters

My Spanish Indesign 2.0. can not read the english document

I've try to upgrade with the patches, but installer said that it can be installed because my version is not 2.0.1 nor 2.0.2

How can I know if I my document was created with a beta version?

How can I convert the document from english (and may be beta) version to spanish (not beta) version?

If you cannot copy and paste pages from one document to another then you may be out of luck.

One should not design any documents with pre-release or demo software with the expectation that they will be useful later.
