How to read from VC++ data from Excel Sheets ?

As I got often good tips from the members of this forum, I hope now that there is somebody out there, who can help me with a very difficult problem.

I want my application to import every week a lot of data from excel sheets.
This sheets will always have the same format, so I'd like to know:
Can anyone give me a hint, how do get this data into my Visual C++ 6.0 program ( I'm using MFC ).
I don't know how to manage the data, how to manage Excel remote, or where to have a look at in the MSDN, but looking for the easiest way, cause the program is difficult enough, I don't need anymore complications.
