What can i do for next step? Thank you.

Have you checked the SUPERSET Callback Message Cancel Timer
in the system options form
This should be set to blank i.e. no value

I believe the message waiting is being reset at 3:00am by the voicemail.

I've heard of this before but I do not know the resolution.

I would suggest that you delete the voicemail and recreate it.

@supernova - the issue is the lamp is on. Cancel Message timer would turn it off.

There is a Fcos value which refreshes the lamps when there are stored/saved messages I will try and find the setting and post back

HI kwbMitel, i tried to delete and recreate the Mailbox, Nextday, still turn on in the morning.

I saw on mitel forum,it recommended logging into the system on port resetting voicemail ("iPVM_Stop" at the prompt, wait a couple of minutes, then "iPVM_Start").

but where can i type iPVM_Stop command?

Thank you.

Maintenance Port - using serial teminal @ 9600 Baud.

BTW - Here Are some other instances of the same issue.

thread1329-1162837 (Dec 2005)

thread1329-1535143 (Mar 2009)

thread1329-1569547 (Sept 2009)

thread1329-1561685 (July 2009) Some good suggestions here regarding the possibility about Non-Prime Keys and hunt groups.
Other good suggestions too. Definitely worth reading

BTW - The TT search function sucks.

Use google and specify the site before the search terms.

e.g. site:tek-tips.com Mitel Message Waiting

re: "Maintenance Port - using serial teminal @ 9600 Baud."

you can also use putty.exe (google for it) in raw mode, connecting to port 2002 of the Mitel (rather than a serial cable)

Step 1: Stop voicemail -> iPVM_Stop ( )
Step 2: Start voicemail -> iPVM_Start ( )
