How To Reach RIM?

I have a customer who needs to implement Blackberry. Since I don't know much about it, I've been to the RIM website but can find no phone number anywhere.

I have a bunch of questions and need to call those people. Does anyone know how to do it?

Who is the customer buying the Blackberry's from? Do you resell them? Or are they buying them from another reseller? If you are facilitating the purchase through a reseller they should be able to answer your questions or point you in the right direction for contacts.
