How to re-install Windows CE 4.1 on a device

Hi,

I have been given a Symbol MK2000 micro kiosk running Windows CE.NET 4.1. The OS is corrupt and I have been given the task to finding a way to re-install the OS on it. I have been searching around the net for hours and I haven't had any luck with.

Can ActiveSync be used for this purpose??

Any help will be Greatly Appreciated.
