Hello,<br><br>Yes you can. . <br><br>That said there are a few things to be aware of:<br>1. You cannot recall a message if the other person has already opened it.<br>2. Sometimes even if you are successful there may be a new message in the other persons Inbox saying "CST wishes to recall this message" So you better have a good excuse ready.<br>3. This feature only works on Email messages on your LAN, NOT on ISP mail.<br><br>To recall a message:<br>1. Go to the "Sent" folder<br>2. Open the Email you want to recall<br>3. Click on "Actions" then click on "Recall this Message"<br><br>Good Luck,<br>Michael
To expand on #1 in Storyteller's list: If a person has their Inbox set to auto-preview and their Outlook is running the messages has been "opened" automatically. Outlook has to do this to get the first 3 lines.
