How to "send from" distribution group?

I want to have members of a ditribution group in our company be able to put the group's name in the from field so that replies go to the group and not the individual. How do I do this?

Just tested this out. This can be achieved if it's a Security Group which has been mail enabled.

Head into ADUC (make sure the ESM tools have been installed).
Ensure View/Advanced Features is checked
Head to your group and pull up the Security tab
Add your user name and select the "Send As" under Allow.
