How to query email address recipients in Business Objects

Does anyone know of a way to query the email address recipients for scheduled reports in Business Ojects Enterprise.

This data has to be stored somewhere on the server can it be accessed?

Yes, it is stored in the CMS database of the BOE-XI server, but it isn't easy to query or search.

We use the APOS instance manager to export the info to EXCEL then search the Excel for the e-mail addresses.

Not the prettiest thing in the world, but it works.

Well, we just started using Instance Analyser, from Zoom Software (

It's a very good tool, which you can use to export all sorts of data from instances to Excel, but it's also a very powerful batch scheduler.
All in all, it's quite similar to the APOS tool, with a few extra features that make it really worth using.
