How to put the content to CD

We want to prepare CD that contains all the products
and all other details of a company.How can we put all the content in CD .Can we put HTML and ASP files into CD???But
when CD runs it should run w/o PWS what other languages
we can use???

I'm not sure I would want to:
(1) be in charge of such a project due to all the phone calls that are bound to come in because the "average user" isn't going to be able to make it work
(2) be in charge of a project that had to re-engineer the whole thing using some other technology --

If you do a search on "asp cd" here on this site, you will find a few other threads where it's also been talked about. I think the above one was about the best (but still short)
