How to put Microsoft Access DB online

I am pretty new to Microsoft Access. I am trying to put my reports from Access online so that everytime new information is added to the DB the reports run realtime.
I have created the reports in Access and I have also created duplicate reports in Crystal Reports.
Can someone walk me through the steps that I need to take to do this. Do I need to setup some sort of ODBC connection?
