How to put a video clip inside a tv graphics seamlessly?

I have a video I would like to present. I want to put it "seamlessly" into a graphics (picture) of a tv.

For example this tv:

And possibly have the controls to start playing the video controllers (play and pause etcetera) not underneath the video as it normally goes, but a little further down on the webpage.

Is this possible with Golive?

...there might be a solution if you go via flash player and import to golive, never used golive so can't test this for you...

...flash would be the most logical solution for what you are trying to achieve and would therefore make sense...

...it would most likely be a case of building the interface entirely in flash though if you want custom controls happening...
