how to put a file on visitor's computer

hello!
this is a newbie asking all the experts around to help.can you give me a VBscript to create and run or put and run on a visitor computer(for example small html or text files containing ads)(just kidding!)

In Theory, this can be done. but in reallity, almost all users set restrictive security permission on their browsers that won't allow such operation. Water is not bad as long as it stays out human body ;-)
