I needed to disable Forward on busy feature(NONE). So now when somebody calls in, how can I put him in someone else's voice mail while he is on the phone talking???

I have Startalk B 4 port unit with dr5

Press Feature 986 then enter mailbox number, and this will send a call directly in to a voicemail box. You can program the "Transfer to Voicemail" key by pressing Feature*3,press an available programmable key, press feature 986; that key is now a "Transfer to Voicemail" key.So now you would just press that key and then the mailbox number.

Good Luck!

Feature 986 then look for the "Mbox: " prompt and then dial the extension.

program a feature key as a shortcut for F986 every time.

Ftr * 3, Ftr 986

Important thing I learned today... Auto Hold must be ON for this to work (at least on i2004 sets). If Auto Hold is off, the caller gets dropped as soon as you dial the feature code!
