How to publish pp cube to specific newsbox HELP!!!

I have a handful of pp cubes that I need to publish to a specific mailbox (
NewsIndex > Retail Reports > BOOK Cubes ). If I just publish the cubes using PPES - they get distributed to the administrator's newsbox, however, when I list //BOOK Cubes as the destination newsbox located within the settings I get an error message of invalid or hidden newsbox.

Please help.

The correct path starts with the NewsIndex (//) so you would have to do, //Retail Reports/BOOK Cubes and this should work ... just make sure that you have write access to that newsbox.

Thank you - Cognos support indicated that this option was not available becuase I was connecting to the server through desktop remote connection.
