How to publish a batch file?

May I ask what you are planning on doing? If you are looking to make a bat file run for all users when they login, then you can put the file name in the following location of the registry:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogin
Key: Appset
Add your batch name to the end. Make sure your batch file is located in the C:\windows\system32 directory.
Of course this worked for me when I used NT4.0 terminal server with Metaframe 1.8. If you have something different, then might not work.
