How to provide security to a powerpoint2000 professional presentation ? Well as we put passwrods in excel or word can we put the password in our presentations also.
Hi,
There's not a password protect option like in Word or Excel, but you can make the file Read-Only so that if anyone makes changes, they must save it under a different name. You can make it Read-Only by right-clicking on the file in Windows Explorer, click Properties, and check read Only.
