I have created forms (templates), to be use in word. There can be as many at 2 to 10 pages for each form. Was wanting to know if there is a way to set a form field, whereas you would entered something such as a number into it and it would automatically fill in the same fields on ajoining pages. This would be a protected document, so the header/footer is out.

Store your value in a document variable, then insert a docvariable field refering to that variable whereever you want to value to appear.

Hi airlord,

You can use REF fields for this. When combined with setting the form field's properties to 'calculate on exit, the REF field will be updated immediately you tab out of the form field.

Cheers
