How to prompt user when password expired.

Dear all
I had some users which will never log out their win2k, cause they got reuters installed and the pc will also keep on running with the same user logged in.
Now is there anyway that win2k can prompt a user if their password had expired after a month? Instead they can only find that out by log off the system and log in again!

Enable screen saver with password protection. This actually will lock their computers and on unlocking they will receive 'password expired' message.
