How to promote bdc 2 pdc without lose ours accounts

I believe you are looking at this wrong there is no BDC or PDC on W2K server. If you have 2 servers running aactive directory. The only things that makes them different is the role they are set to have on the network. You can demote the server that is authenticating the users the other server will still authenticate. to make it the primary point of authentication just change its role. I f you are insure what this is go to the admin documents or do a search on microsoft for server roles and get familiar with this. I will look for a good doc. for you to read and post it.
