Hi All,

How can I program toll restriction for users in a NEC 9300, which allows users to make outgoing calls using access code.

Thank you in advance

This is far too complex for someone not trained on the product. I suggest calling in a trained technician.
Sorry if you don't like this answer, but you'll only get into trouble attempting it yourself.
It requires knowledge of LCR programming along with toll code restrictions, then adding in override codes. Two of the three are the most complex programming in the entire system. I've worked on this system and it's predisessors for over 30 years and still know some certified techs that cannot do it.

Hi Belevedere,

A question isn't CM2B YY==00-04 where you can add the code for each station in the web gui?

No, it's 2A00=09, 2A11, 2A12/13/14, 8A4005, 8AXXX, 8A5XXX, 855, 81XX, the toll restriction tables need to be programmed through the LCR tables. Once the code is in, the extension needs to be placed in a class of service that references the tables to allow the call when the code is dialed. Essentially the extension is toll restricted until the code is dialed. Just placing a code in the table will not set up what you are looking to do.
