Hi,
I am relatively new to CS1000 so I apologize in advance if I am using the wrong terminology.
I would like to know if CS1000 has the Boss - Admin/Secretary/PA feature.
Just for clarification I would expect the following:
1) Admin has a button on their phone that monitors to call status of Boss's phone.
2) Admin can answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls on behalf of the boss.
I have seen some references to a combination of BFS and BFTN but it is not clear if this will implement the desired functionality.
What would you suggest?
