We have a Norstar MICS 1.1 and have about 5 telephones/users that do the same work. We would like to program an extension that will hunt to these 5 telephones based on availibility. If no one answers, we would like it to forward to mailbox. Is this possible and if so, how do I program this?

Sorry,no hunt groups on 1.1.
You can:
a) upgrade software or
b) activate call-center software (if you have a CallPilot) but this may be more than you're looking for.

What about icoming line group? I was told that it might be possible to create an incoming line group, whereas I create a DID number, assign that number to a line appearance on each phone and when that number is called, all the phones with that line assignment will ring.
If so, can someone tell me how to go about creating that?
