How to program my Nortel Meridian phone system 1

I have a Nortel meridian phone system. Is it possible to program the phones so that more than one person can be on the same line at the same time?

analog or digital?

analog no...unless you assign the extension to more than one TN. digital yes, with some programming.

We have analog coming in and are using an analog trunk card with caller ID.

Ok So my next question is can someone conference in on the same call from another extension?

Sounds like you have a key system

Yep, you have a Nortel Key System.

Do you see the CS1000 in the forum title? That's not what you have. However, you do feature 3 for conferencing.
