Hi All,

I have 5 lines 801,802,803,804 and 807. 801-804 are in pool 70 and 807 is by itself. I have ext 22 that I want to use only line 807 for incoming/outgoing. I have been able to get it to be the only phone ringing when someone calls 807 from outside, but I can't get it to use only 807 to make outgoing calls. If I assign 807 to ext 22, it becomes a personal line and the user has to press a button on the phone (and not dial 9) to access it BUT they still have access to one of the lines in pool 70 when making outgoing calls. I tried setting all of the buttons to blank but the system keeps forcing one of them to be a Sys Access button (see below.)

Can I create another pool (71) and assign 807 to it and then assign 22 to pool 71? I did not see a way to do that. I DID take ext 22 out of pool 70 so that it does not follow my ring plan (to operator then VM.) We will be answering this phone as a separate company so ideally I want to setup VMAIL for it as well.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Here is the phone ext info:

Thanks!

In Centralized Programming for Ext 22, press the LINE BUTTON, Dial *14, then Press the LINE BUTTON AGAIN, and press enter.

That will fix it to where 22 automatically picks up 807.

Next, change 22's ARS RESTRICTION to 2, now dialing 9 won't get the pool.

As far as the "SEPARATE COMPANY", just set up 22's Voice Mail Greeting to say what you want it to say.
