How to program Caller ID

I have a option 11 woking with 20 DID (DTI), but the caller ID is not working. The trunks has the CLS MFC & CNA, R2MF has the apropiate configuration to allow CLID with by the Service Provider. The service provider has allow the CLID

What other elements works with the caller ID..?? Anybody has a idea, help me please...
