How to program Automated Attendant

Log in as adminisitrator. Int 777> Ext 0> Password (1234 default). Option 9(not listed), 3 for auto attendants and depending what you want to do 1 or 2 for day or night respectively. Then you can have all kinds aof fun. One point that took me a while to figure out. If you are simply changing the greeting, when prompted for selector codes simply push *#. That killed me for about an hour my first time.

What release is the PC Card - R2.0 or one of the new R3.0 - Small or Large?
There are a few critical steps to setup the PC Card to work with your Partner ACS processor. Do you have a manual?
If you have your Hunt Group #7 - voice mail - setup with EXT 78 & 79 Assigned to it, then you can get into the admin menu where the AA programming takes place.
Can you get to the VM main menu prompts? If so, then enter "0" for the admin mailbox and "1234" as the default password. Listen to the prompts and select setup for the AA. You will need the programming manual to setup the AA programming selector codes which are the AA's road maps to direct extension access ... ie.; Press 2 for Sales - Press 3 for accounting etc.
If you need an install/programming manual, contact me and I'll try to email it to you in Adobe PDF file format if you have broadband internet access - as it will probably be to large for a 56K dialup modem.
