Hello, we just got a new BCM 400.

i have the system speed dials programmed. F *041 will call our head office for example.

Is there a way for me to program the System speed dial to a button complete with the Speed dial number? It appears that I can only program Feature 0 and the user will have to manualy enter the rest.

It is possible for me to program and external auto dial however I need to hide the LD access codes that are added to the number after a pause so users cannot use it elsewhere.

The speed dial is set to just show the name and not the number.

ANy help is appreciated.
Thanks
Matt

You will need a speed dial button but you can program the sp number on a button with feature * 1 external autodial.
