how to program a new CLID

How do i program a new CLID in LD 15? I have three to do. What is the best practice for this ?

use the search feature for CLID as this has been posted step by step at least 25 times, and 3 times this week. Not hard to do, there is no best practice, - ESA, other than that you have to do it right, or you will get schwarted
The only best practice is to remember 0 is the default entry, so obviously, if it is a mass chg, you chg 0 and touch fewer sets.
