How to program a new area code?? Opt 11c

Hi, I was trying to program a new area code. But I got the following message:

ESN000
what is ESN000?

I am trying to programm area code 939(second area code of Puerto Rico).

NPA (enter 1plus the other area code that is working)

Take note of the RLI that is programmed for the area code you just printed.

REQ: NEW
CUST: 0
FEAT: NET
TRAN: AC1
TYPE: NPA

NPA 1939
RLI: (enter the same RLI number as the one printed)
<cr> the rest of the way or at the SDRR prompt type DENY and then at the DENY prompt enter prefix (xxx) numbers that you would not want your users to call like 976
