How to process unsubscribes?

I have an MS Access database with about 1000 records (email addresses). Each outgoing email offers the opportunity for the recipient to "unsubscribe" from my mailing list. I received back approx. 50 such requests. Besides doing a "find", is there a quicker and better way to match and remove the unwanted email addresses? Thank you.
