I have setup a greeting menu with option 1, 2, 3 etc... Each option goes to a different ACD queue. Option 1 goes to computer technical support, option 2 to eqpt rental etc... I would like to be able to set a higher priority for external calls (trunk calls). In other words, external calls would be answered first. I have the basic ACD packages, A, B, C and D but nothing else.
