Hi, Thanks to the very wonderful forum on this net. This is the most informative place on the net in regards to Access and has helped me a lot already. Kudos to everybody who help others.

Once again I am stuck on this issue.............. I have two forms and they both generate two individual reports, however both of the forms are linked by a common field and so pertain to the same person, Problem is I can print individual reports of those forms but now i want that if a person clicks on Print Report it prints both the reports atonce. The print report button is located on both the forms. Also the second form opens up from the first form and takes some of its data values which are autopopulated in the second form.

Thanks a lot

DoCmd.OpenReport Report1, acPreview ' <<< Change to AcNormal to print directly with no preview
DoCmd.OpenReport Report2, acPreview
DoCmd.OpenReport Report3, acPreview

I have done this for years and set up each report to a "Specific printer" one of which was a FAX
One prints local one would print in the accounting office and the FAX was sent to the customer.

Works Fantastic
