How To Print To File

Dear everyone!
I want to export External Directory as a file text. I choosed option Data - Print To File, but have a message: " Data for the selected subscriber could not be retrieved. Verify that there is a database connection and a connection to DNA server".
The fact that my system was connected to the server.
Please tell me how to print or another way.

You see List subscribers in Directory Manager?

Its already done on the nightly RDS schedule setup at install running export.exe, check external.txt at 4am export in the DNA_S folder, and the external.def is your definitions. All your DMG directories are there. If your schedule is not there, run export.exe and export the external database.
