How to print these caracters "ç" .and. "ã" ?

On a matrix printer you have to make sure that the character set - selected in the printer - contains those characters.
If not select another character set on the printer.
Each matrix printer has its own set of ESCAPE sequences to make the settings with.
Consult the manual of the Epson/Citizen.

In the normal character set those characters are chr(231) and chr(227).

In dos, ç is chr(135) and â (a-circomflexe) is chr(131).
