How to print the picture on the form in a report?

I have an OLE object. Unfortunately, the picture does not show up on the form after it is inserted. Only a snapshot of a video showsup.

I need to have the picture printed on my report. How would I do that? I would really appreciate someone who has done this? I have been referred to some sites before but they are not useful. I am looking for an answer from someone who has done this?
