Hi everyone,

I am new to ACCESS. I can't believe nobody ask this question before. We all know the report will print #error when there is no data in the query. Not knowing whether the inputs (1/1/04, 1/31/04, New York) to the parameter query was a typo or actually no matched data, I want to print the report with the input(s) from the query, i.e. "1/1/04" to "1/31/04", no match for "New York".

Thanks!

Hi,
I prefer to have a form call the report after the user enters the necessary criteria. I have a free database that demonstrates this technique. Plus, it has a homemade login screen, homemade menu system, and other cool things. Just send me your email address and I will send you the MDB. It's about 2.1MB
