How to print selected records only

How do I print selected records and not the entire report? For example, is there a way to tell Crystal to only print report if the data in field X is not null?

Hi,
Could you add a parameter that, if used, would change the selection criteria to only return records where some condition is met? - that way it would only print the wanted records.

If this is not for end user input of a value, you could go into the section expert and enter the criteria in the 'x+1' area next to the suppress checkbox. then any records where the criteria were met would not be displayed.

Excellent! Thanks it works! I added a statement to record selection to eliminate records that didn't meet criteria.
