We want to print bin lables on selected items in a small found set.We would like to use avery type lable sheets in a inkjet or laser printer. Our problem is how to have the information print on the unused lables on a sheet. Any suggestions or help will be appreciated.

Do you mean putting the sheet through more than once? I tried this and got in a right muddle with labels going round the roller and would never try it again!

The technique is to add blank records to the found set and sort them to the front so that your real records start on the right label. Then delete the blank ones!

We have a product in the XpertSS Store that does this for you. You will need to follow the examples to create the scripts required in your APR file to use it. There is a template of the label page you can display and let the user select the starting label.
