How to print "banner-style" with Acrobat?

I received a file in PDF format, containing a family tree diagram. The diagram is in landscape orientation, just a bit wider than US letter-size (>11 inches). If i shrink the diagram to fit 11x8.5, the print is too small to read; legal size is only a bit better. What i'd like is to enlarge the diagram to about 11 inches height, and print the diagram in sections, portrait orientation, like a banner. Does anyone have a clue how this could be done?

You can print as Tiles in the Print Setup.
