Hi,

I have a Roland Camm1 PNC 1000A Vinyl cutter machine and trying to print from Corel 11. What I do is type a word, with no fill with an black outline and then save as a plotter file, reopen that file in Corel and go print and all I get is a print erorr message- Does anyone no what Im doing wrong?

Thanks

What print driver are you using? If you are doing much cutting I would refere to previous answers as a longer term solution.

You need to find the cd that came with your software and find a color pallet for corel version whatever. When you load this pallete into corel and select it, it will open up a new line of colors, and if i know Roland, they will involve "corel white, green, black, red" and most importantly, "Cut Contour" which will look like a pinky magenta. Set what you want to cut to a hairline and apply the cut contour to the outline, no fill, then my understanding is that if you are running CutChoice, run the "cutplot" script. If however you have installed your plotter as you would a printer, simply press print.

Tell me how you go. I'm trying to get my Roland CX-24 Camm1 to plot from corel 11... waiting for cutchoice cd to arrive.

goodluck
