I have a long report that I'm printing on a form that is about 25 inches. It seems like Access is cutting me off at 22 inches and I have tried using the subreports option but it still prints just the 22 inches and then a page break where it feeds the rest of the long form through the printer (Okidata 321 dot matrix printer) and then prints the next page or rest of the report on the next form I put in the printer. When I preview it, it also shows two separate pages. Is there anyway to print all info on one long page (> 22 inches)? Any help would GREATLY be appreciated!!

Have you experimented with custom options on the printer driver?

Did you hear about the Buddhist who refused Novocain during a root
canal? He wanted to transcend dental medication.

I have tried to add a form in the "Server Properties" in the Printers and then set the Paper Size to that form but still no luck.

You can create extra detail sections and each can be over 20". To do this add a new lowest sorting and grouping level on the primary key of your report's record source. Choose to display the header and/or footer of this level and add more controls there.

If you do this though can you Preview the report and actually see the ENTIRE report on one screen (one page)? It seems like it automatically adds a page break after 22 inches.

I don't have an Okidata 321 dot matrix printer so I can't go in and try set the properties of the printer to a page longer than 22".

Duane-
Thanks for your help. I know that you don't even have to physically have that printer just install that Oki printer driver and it still does that preview thing. I just have never seen it preview more than 22 inches. Thanks.
