I AM TRYING TO PRINT A REPORT SHOWING CALLS THAT HAVE BEEN MADE TO MY CUSTOMER. ONE OF THIER EMPLOYEES IS BEING HARASSED,BUT CAN NOT SEE WHAT THE NUMBER IS, BECAUSE THE CALLER IS BLOCKING THE CALLER ID. THE EMPLOYEE HAS A PRIVATE NUMBER.THE TELEPHONE SYSTEM IS A MICS WITH A NAM.
THEY ALSO HAVE A PRI.
