Hallo

Sorry if this question looks dummy, but I really don't find the way to sort out a couple of issues I have with my POS system. I uploaded the logo through the TMLogo utility, I cas see it, I can print from the utility.

but it does not from the POS Software (MS RMS 1.2, running on XP, Epson TM88IV P, using the OPOS Drivers, not Windows)

I read all the documentation I have but I didn't find anything more than a general explanation to use TMLogo.exe.

It is not enough, there should be something more, because it is not working. There isn't anything to set in MS RMS 1.2, just an option in the RMS Administrator, where you can set a logo bmp (when I use a generic windows printer)

QUESTION:
What I missed? Why it is not printing?
Must be used a particular type of image (maybe my logo is too big or too small, or the colors)?
Anybody faced the same issue?

Thanks

You need to configure your POS software to send the code to the printer to print the logo.

In RMS Manager, go to the spot where you can set up the receipt format. Find header logo and enter the name of the BMP file you would like to print on your receipts.

I also am having a heck of a time trying to get this to work. My receipt is set up fine, I can see the logo in the preview and in the journal when I look at posted recipts. I am using OPOS 2.5 SP9 and Epson TMIV with everything set for monochrome. I have the logo uploaded to the printer, but the only way it will print is if I specificly tell it to print the logo through OPOS.
